• Individual profile - the profile of the user in the Val-Travel Camp Team loyalty program, which contains certain personal data that is
collected when creating a profile on www.kampoprema.val-travel, Val-Travel Camp platform and registration on the Webshop;
• Customer - The customer of the product is a visitor to the online store who selects at least one product, completes the electronic
order form and sends it to the company Val-Travel Camp,
• Shop - Val-Travel Camp outlets in the territory of the Republic of Croatia
• Val-Travel Camp Team - a closed system between Val-Travel Camp, the partner and the user who become a member by registering on the
platform and accepting the terms and principles of the loyalty program.

• Order - Val-Travel Camp form completed by the customer, following the necessary steps to purchase product (s) and / or services sold in

• Agreement - a distance agreement, ie an agreement concluded between Val-Travel Camp as seller and buyer within an organized system of
sales or services without the simultaneous physical presence of the seller and the buyer in one place where until conclusion of the
agreement and exclusively uses one or more remote communication means (such as catalogs, human-assisted telephones, Internet, e-mail, etc.)
for the conclusion of the agreement, in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions explicitly accepted by the Buyer.

SUBJECTS OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ARTICLE 2
(1) By opening an individual profile on the Val-Travel Camp Team platform or by registering in the Webshop, the User accepts the Terms and
Conditions and becomes a member of the Val-Travel Camp Team loyalty program and acquires the right on benefit.
(2) These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between the Val-Travel Camp Team Loyalty Program user and
Val-Travel Camp.

or in the Webshop, an adult natural person becomes a member of the Val-Travel Camp Team loyalty program and is informed via a confirmation

(b) Val-Travel Camp undertakes to maintain and coordinate the loyalty program platform and to take all security and organizational
measures to prevent fraudulent and dishonest behavior. If the User is unable to gain access to the platform or any part of it due to

CREATE AN INDIVIDUAL PROFILE
ARTICLE 5
(1) The user undertakes to provide accurate personal data for the purpose of creating an individual profile and participating in the
Val-Travel Camp Team loyalty program.
(2) After the individual profile is created, the user is assigned the selected username and password. The password can be changed by
the user at any time.
(3) The user is obliged to update any change in his personal data.
(4) Val-Travel Camp is not liable for any damage as a result of not timely updating of changes in personal data.
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS IN WEB STORE

The Consumer Protection Act, the Trade Act, the Electronic Commerce Act, the Civil Obligations Act and other applicable regulations
of the Republic of Croatia apply to the purchase of products in the online store. By accepting the terms and conditions, the

Val-Travel Camp reserves the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time. In such cases, Val-Travel Camp will return the full

was withdrawn from sale or the service was not performed. . Val-Travel Camp also reserves the right to timely change, suspend or
discontinue the provision of distance selling services.
6.8. Guarantee
The warranty is valid within the periods determined by the applicable regulations, from the date of delivery of the goods, and to exercise
the right to warranty, you need an invoice and a warranty certificate that you receive at the time of purchase. The warranty period and
everything that the warranty covers with regard to a product is stated with each product. The buyer is obliged to notify the seller of the
existence of visible defects within 14 days from the date of discovery of the defect, and no later than 2 years (for each product check
the warranty and duration) from the transfer of the risk to the Buyer, or from the date of delivery of the goods. In the event that the
duration of the warranty stated with each product is longer than that provided for in the regulations of the Republic of Croatia, the law
that is more favorable to the customer, namely Val-Travel Camp, applies.
To resolve product problems, Val-Travel Camp will inspect the product and decide on the exercise of warranty rights. In the event that
it is possible to make use of the rights under the warranty, Val-Travel Camp will, at its own discretion and in cooperation with the
Customer, decide on a suitable replacement. The seller will then repair the defective product or replace it with another identical or
similar product. In the event of repair or replacement with another, same or similar product under warranty, the seller bears the repair
costs and is responsible for spare parts and the operation of Val-Travel Camp employees or third parties hired to solve the problem but
only if the product can be repaired.
The seller becomes the owner of all defective parts that are removed during the repair. The warranty does not apply to products that have
been stored or assembled incorrectly, abused, misused, abused, altered, or cleaned by the wrong cleaning methods or the wrong cleaning
products. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage caused by improper use, for example, but not limited to cuts or scratches, damage
caused by impact, accident. The warranty does not apply if the products have been used outdoors, in a humid environment (with the exception
of certain products intended for outdoor use), or if the products have not been used as intended. The warranty does not cover
consequential or accidental damage.

and completeness of the data entered during registration and purchase. If the information entered during registration or purchase changes,

The user interface guides the registration process. Registration is followed by an email with account information. Val-Travel Camp
reserves the right to cancel accounts that have been inactive for a long time.
b) Order
Product orders can be made electronically.
By clicking the "Add to cart" button, the selected product will be added to the consumer's shopping cart. Products are considered ordered
when the customer goes through the full billing process. The Buyer will then receive an order confirmation by e-mail stating that the
order has been properly received.
If the ordered products are not available in the department store, the Buyer will be contacted by the Val-Travel Camp contact center
within 4 working days after the order has been created, after which he has received an email confirming that the order has been success
has been created. The agreement is concluded after the buyer has paid for the ordered products in full.
Val-Travel Camp will endeavor to deliver all products ordered by the buyer, but reserves the right to refuse the order in case of force
majeure or in cases where the fulfillment of the contractual obligation is significantly impeded. If Val-Travel Camp rejects the order,
the Buyer will be informed of this within 4 working days after confirmation of receipt of the order. The contract is considered valid
after the goods have been paid.
c) Price
The price of the goods is stated on the web shop. The price shown is the price including VAT or other taxes applicable on the date of
collection or order.
The price listed on the web store is an invitation to users to purchase goods at that price. When you select a product, enter your
payment information and submit the order, make an offer to purchase the goods and collect it at the stated price. Acceptance of the
offer is considered given when we send you an order confirmation email and the sales contract is considered closed at that time.
Please note that the ordered goods are delivered at the prices that apply in the web store on the day of dispatch of the order,
regardless of the selected delivery date.
These conditions are an integral part of the sales agreement that is concluded via the web shop.
Val-Travel Camp may add or exclude a payment method at any time without special notice.
d) Delivery of goods
When the buyer completes the order on the webshop, Val-Travel Camp receives the notification and delivers to the buyer through the
selected delivery service throughout the territory of the Republic of Croatia. Delivery takes place in the shortest possible time, no
longer than 30 days. Exceeding the stated 30-day period is possible in exceptional circumstances of force majeure, of which the Buyer
will be informed immediately.
Val-Travel Camp will not change the terms of sale after the conclusion of the contract or cancel the delivery of goods, unless a
particular product is not available, in which it will immediately notify the Customer via the contact details provided during registration.
Val-Travel Camp can offer the buyer to choose another product instead of the unavailable product from the originally concluded contract,
but the buyer is not obliged to accept such an offer. In case of non-acceptance of the offer, Val-Travel Camp will fully return the paid
amount to the Buyer.
If the order contains several products, one of which is not available, Val-Travel Camp will notify the customer and the other products
ordered will be delivered in accordance with the contract.
Products must be properly packaged for the transport of goods. Adequate packaging of a consignment means placing the contents of the
consignment in suitable packaging (wrapper, box, suitcase, etc.) to prevent damage or degradation of the contents or contents of other
consignments during transit. The packaging must correspond to the contents and shape of the consignment, the size, weight and value of the
consignment and the conditions and length of the route to which it will be transported. In the event that the products are delivered to
the Purchaser in inadequate packaging causing them to be damaged in any way, the Purchaser reserves the right to return them and has all
rights under liability for material defects.
e) The right to unilateral termination of the contract and return of goods
Under the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract within 14 days from the moment
the buyer, or a designated third party other than the carrier, has handed over the goods to which the contract relates. without
specification reasons. To ensure that the buyer can exercise the right to unilaterally terminate this agreement, he is obliged to notify
Val-Travel Camp of his decision to unilaterally terminate the agreement by means of an unambiguous statement that per post, fax or e-mail
will be sent to our e-mail address kamp.oprema@val-travel.com.
In the unilateral contract termination statement, the purchaser must provide his name, address, telephone number, fax or e-mail address,
and may use a sample of the unilateral contract termination form available in Part B of the Contract. regulation regulating the buyer's

Val-Travel Camp will send the Buyer confirmation of receipt of such a statement as soon as possible. If you wish, you can contact us at
kamp.oprema@val-travel.com for information about the method, possibilities and conditions for returning the delivered goods.
The return of the goods must be made by the buyer without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day on which he has validly notified
Val-Travel Camp, as previously described, of the decision to terminate the contract . It is assumed that the Buyer has fulfilled its
obligations on time if, before the expiry of the aforesaid period the goods to Val-Travel Camp or the person authorized to receive the
goods, sending or hands.
The direct costs for returning the goods (for example, in the case of returning the goods by mail) will be borne independently by the
Buyer. If the product cannot be returned by post in the usual way, you should contact Val-Travel Camp for information on how to return
the product.
In case of unilateral termination, Val-Travel Camp will refund the price paid by the buyer, including delivery costs, without delay and
no later than 14 days after receipt of the decision to unilaterally terminate the contract. Note that Val-Travel Camp may issue a refund
which we can do only after the goods are returned or until proof is furnished that the buyer has returned the goods.
The refund will be made in the same way as the buyer made the payment. In the event that the purchaser otherwise agrees to the refund of
the amount paid, or if he agrees to the host card, he will not bear any costs related to the refund.
f) Rights and obligations Val-Travel Camp is obliged to transfer the sold article to the Buyer at the time stated in the offer and in the
manner, after the Buyer has executed the order and paid the purchase price. Val-Travel Camp is responsible for material defects of goods
sold on the web shop in accordance with Croatian positive regulations, especially the Civil Obligations Act of the Republic of Croatia.
Val-Travel Camp only offers those products that are the exclusive property.
Val-Travel Camp is obliged to provide truthful information about the goods offered and to provide complete information about the payment
of the purchase price and delivery of the goods. Any defects in the goods, packaging or packaging of Val-Travel Camp must be stated and
described in detail.
The Webshop is temporarily limited or no available due to regular system maintenance or upgrades, due to technical problems, problems of
force majeure or other causes. Val-Travel Camp (as well as its affiliated third parties) is not responsible, regardless of the cause and
duration, for the unavailability of the web shop, any delay or interruption in the transfer of information, partial or complete
interruption or malfunction and / or technical problems that could lead to incorrect data processing and any claims or losses arising
therefrom.
The Buyer is aware of and agrees that Val-Travel Camp is not responsible for the correctness, reliability, as well as for the content
posted by the User. Texts, comments, photos, and other entries that users leave in the appropriate sections must be accurate and correct.
Full responsibility for each individual entry rests with the user who entered the data.
Val Travel Camp is not liable for any failure or delay in performance of any of its obligations under these Conditions or any of the
contracts in the event that this is the result of an action or event beyond the reasonable control of Val-Travel Camp , including failure
of public or private telecommunications networks. In this case, Val-Travel Camp will make all reasonable efforts to fulfill its
obligations as soon as possible after the termination of such extraordinary action or event.
g) Rights and obligations of the buyer
The buyer is obliged to pay for the price of purchased item and take it purchased upon delivery over. For all complaints, the Buyer is
authorized to contact Val-Travel Cam, as stated above.
The purchaser is liable for any diminished value of the goods from the moment of takeover, resulting from the handling of the goods,
except what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
h) Resolve disputes related to online shopping
Regulation 524/2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, disputes related to online shopping can be resolved through an
ODR platform accessible; https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm.
This means that in case of a problem during an online purchase within the EU (defective product, inability to replace the product, etc.),
a complaint can be submitted via the link above.
The platform can be used by both consumers and traders, and complaints can be filed in any of the 23 official EU languages.
WITHDRAWAL FROM FALL-TRAVEL TEAM
ARTICLE 7
• The user has the right to withdraw from the Val-Travel Camp Team loyalty program at any time by deactivating his individual profile.
• In case of inactivity of the Val-Travel Camp Team Individual profile within ten years from the date of the last use, the individual
profile will be canceled and all data stored on the account will be deleted.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
ARTICLE 8
• With a view to creating an individual profile as a condition for creating a club profile, or with a view to implementing the loyalty
program, the user undertakes to submit the following personal data: name, date of birth, e- email address, home address and zip code.
• The user also undertakes to provide personal data when purchasing products in the web shop in order to establish a contractual
relationship in which the party is located, or to take action at the request of the user before concluding the contract.
• The collected personal data is processed by Val-Travel Camp as controller within the meaning of the General Regulation on the
protection of personal data. Processing providers can be suppliers of IT support and system maintenance and affiliates Val-Travel Camp
for the purpose of implementing the loyalty program i.e. the execution of the purchase and sale of the contract to which the user is a
party,and Val-Travel Camp will do not share with other unauthorized persons.
• Val-Travel Camp may use personal data collected while joining the Val-Travel Camp team for marketing purposes to send newsletters,
promotions and on the loyalty program platform. This data can also be used for statistical purposes to allow Val-Travel Camp to better
understand the preferences and consumer habits of the User. Val-Travel Camp undertakes to process the personal data in the indicated
manner after the User's consent.
• The user can withdraw the consent at any time by making such a request to Val-Travel Camp via e-mail: kamp.oprema@val-travel.com.
However, this does not affect the processing of the user's personal data prior to the withdrawal. Upon withdrawal of the consent, the
User's personal data will be deleted, except for those data Val-Travel Camp is legally obliged to keep.
• Respondents with regard to their personal data provided when creating the Individual Profile exercise all rights within the meaning of
the General Regulation on the protection of personal data: the right to access, the right to correction, the right to their consent revoke
and delete their data. Users can exercise their rights by email at: kamp.oprema@val-travel.com
• Val-Travel Camp will store and process the collected personal data for the purpose of implementing the loyalty program in accordance
with this agreement, as long as the user is a member of the Val-Travel Camp Team loyalty program and one year after termination of
membership .
• Val-Travel Camp has appointed a personal data protection officer, who is available at the e-mail address kamp.oprema@val-travel.com,
for any additional information related to the processing of the user's personal data. In addition, the user has the right to complain to
the Agency for the protection of personal data in case of dissatisfaction with the method of processing personal data.
FINAL PROVISIONS
ARTICLE 9
Val-Travel Camp reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions, and the User is invited to regularly read the latest
updated version, available on the Val-Travel Camp website, www.kampoprema.val-travel .com
The regulations of the Republic of Croatia apply to this contract and any disputes will be settled in the competent court in Zagreb.
